	Train our staff to carry out their duties to the highest possible standard as required by office cleaning specification.
	Assign a supervisor to each site who will provide direction for the cleaning team and liase with the customer and company ensuring that minor problems are resolved quickly and amicably.
	Consider that health and safety is of paramount importance so all staff receive on going training to eliminate or reduce danger to themselves and others . Risk assessments of all procedures specific to customer premises are carried out. All materials and chemicals are used and stored according to the directives of safety data sheets. At least one member of the team will be able to provide first aid assistance in case of emergency.
	Use colour coded cleaning cloths and mop systems to remove any possibility of spreading germs and viruses. Equipment, especially electrical types, are safety checked regularly.
	We consider regular contact and communication between the customer and company important to maintain a good working relationship.

	Use the pole reach and wash system which eliminates the use of ladders on the exterior of the building. It is the most health and safety compliant method of cleaning in use, even for high level windows. It also causes the least disturbance to customers staff.
	Use purified water so that the windows are left to dry smear and streak free. Using purified water means that windows do not soil as quickly and therefore do not need to be cleaned as often saving on cost. No cleaning chemicals are used making it ecologically friendly.
	Clean frames and window sills in the process. Signs and fascias can be included in the cleaning schedule.
	Clean the interiors of windows and glass using traditional methods.
	Train our staff to carry out cleaning safely and to a high standard.
	Arrange in advance suitable cleaning times with the customer.
